{Baking Trend} Girl Scout Flavored Desserts!

There is just *something* about girl scout cookies that has me completely hooked. I’m not sure whether it’s the fact that you can’t get them 365 days of the year or the amazing flavors (I’m a Samoa and ThinMint girl), but these things are tortuous to a sweet tooth. Good thing the amazing food bloggers across the web have created some amazing Girl Scout flavored desserts so we can taste the deliciousness all year round. Here are a few we’re drooling over….

Samoa Baked Donuts. Top With Cinnamon has stolen my heart with these beauties. The photography alone has me ooh-ing and aah-ing (food photography is not as easy as it may seem). Hop on over for the recipe.

Thin Mints. There are literally dozens of “thin mint recipes” across the web but these are gluten-free and lower carb (hello! now I can eat twice as many. kidding). Hop by “All Day I Dream About Food” for the recipe.

Do-Si-Dos. Another peanut butter lover’s dream, these are sandwich cookies full of deliciousness. Obsessed. Get the recipe from Mini Baker!
