A lover of fine pastries and delectable treats, David has always had a “sweet palate” and knows a good recipe when he tastes one! After receiving an undergrad degree from Duke University and a masters from Louisiana State University, David went on to get his doctorate from the University of Georgia. David is currently living outside of Saratoga Springs, NY, where he enjoys exploring the Northeast with his wife and 2 dogs!
David often works with national brands on recipe development and recipe testing. He’s worked with Pillsbury, Brownie Brittle, King’s Hawaiian, Hebrew National, and many more! He was also the national winner of the 2013 Sara Lee Desserts Recipe Contest. For inquiries, please email.
