Ingredients
½tspground cinnamon
½tspground cardamom
¼tspground nutmeg
¼tspground allspice
¼tspground ginger
1/8tspground cloves
2½cupsmilk
⅓cupInternational Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice creamer
2Tbsphoney
4black tea bags
Instructions
Place spices (cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, ginger and cloves) in a cheesecloth pouch. (See note below)
Place milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, and then add spice pouch, creamer, and honey. Whisk together and then bring mixture back to a boil; remove from heat.
Add tea bags and steep for 3-5 minutes; remove and discard tea bags and spice pouch.
{Optional Garnish} Dip rim of glass in caramel sauce or light corn syrup. Then dip rim in sugar + cinnamon mixture to create a festive rimmed glass.
{Optional Garnish} Serve hot with cinnamon stick and a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg on top.

Notes
If you don't have cheesecloth, then simply place a coffee filter in a colander. After brewing, pour the chai through the coffee filter into a clean container.
