2TbspParmesan cheese
½tspchopped fresh rosemary
½tspkosher salt
8slicesTexas toast breadi.e. thick white bread
1green applethinly sliced
6oz.brie cheesethinly sliced
6oz.sliced mozzarella cheese
4oz.prosciuttothinly sliced
Instructions
Preheat griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
Using a small bowl, combine butter, Parmesan cheese, rosemary and salt. Butter one side of each of the slices of bread.
Place four pieces of bread buttered-side down. Top each piece of bread with brie, sliced apples, prosciutto and mozzarella. (Note: I recommend putting the apples and prosciutto in between the cheeses as the melted cheeses will help hold them in the sandwich.)
Add second piece of bread on top, buttered side up.
Place sandwiches in pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until bottom slices of bread are golden brown.
Flip and continue cooking until other side is golden brown and cheese has completely melted.
