Ingredients
½cupolive oil
3Tbspsoy sauce
3Tbsplemon juice
1TbspDijon mustard
zest of 1 lemon
½Tbspdried parsley
1tspdried thyme
1tspkosher salt
½tspblack pepper
2tspminced garlic
2½-3poundpork tenderloin
Instructions
Using a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients except for the pork tenderloin; stir until well combined. Pour mixture into a resealable gallon-sized bag. Add pork tenderloin, turning several times to coat.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours. (Tip: Remove bag from refrigerate and let meat come to room temperature before grilling.)
Preheat grill to 400°F.
Remove tenderloin from marinade; discard excess marinade.
Place tenderloin on grill. Grill, turning occasionally, for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove tenderloin from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
