sour cream
can use reduced-fat sour cream or full-fat sour cream

minced onion

dried dill weed

dried parsley

garlic powder

kosher salt
{optional} chopped parsley or chives
{for serving} potato chips
crackers, vegetables (broccoli, carrots, sliced cucumbers, etc.)
Instructions
Using a medium bowl, add all ingredients except for chopped parsley; stir until well combined.
Place dip in an airtight container, cover and chill for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
{Optional} Before serving, garnish with chopped parsley, chives or green onions on top.
Serve with potato chips, crackers and/or veggies (broccoli, carrots, sliced cucumbers, etc.)
Notes
Fresh minced onions would produce a much stronger onion flavor. Instead, use dried minced onions. These can be found in the spice aisle at your grocery store.
