Ingredients
2cans crescent rolls
16oz.cream cheesesoftened
1cupgranulated sugar
1large egg
2tspvanilla extract
cinnamon/sugar to garnish
Instructions
Roll one can of crescent roll dough into bottom of ungreased 9x13 pan. (Do not separate the individual rolls, and make sure to press the seams of the rolls together.)
In a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, mix the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until well-combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll dough.
Arrange other can of crescent roll dough over the top of the cream cheese. (Once again, make sure the seams between the rolls are sealed.)
Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Let cool, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Cut into bars, top with more cinnamon & sugar, and serve.
