fresh cilantro

olive oil

Instructions
Start by discarding the thicker stalks of cilantro (you only want to use the leaves and tender stalks found at the top of the bunch).
Place the cilantro in a food processor and carefully add the oil.
Pulse the mixture until a smooth paste forms.
Taste and add salt and pepper (if desired).
Place this mixture in plastic ice trays and freeze overnight.
Pop out the cubes (bombs) and place in a ziploc bag for storage. Store in the freezer until needed.
