Ingredients
For the Rice Crispy Treats
6cupsrice cereal
4Tbspunsalted butter
1TbspCaramel Macchiato creamer
110-oz. package full-size marshmallows
For the Chocolate Drizzle
½cupchocolate chips
3TbspCaramel Macchiato creamer
For the Caramel Drizzle
½cuppowdered sugar
4tspCaramel Macchiato creamer
Instructions
For the Rice Crispy Treats
Grease or spray a 9”x13” baking dish; set dish aside.
Place rice cereal in a large bowl; set bowl aside.
Using a large saucepan, add butter, creamer and marshmallows. Place over low heat, stirring often, until mixture is completely melted and smooth.
Pour melted marshmallow mixture over cereal and stir until well-coated.
Using a spatula or a piece of wax paper, press coated cereal evenly into prepared baking dish. Let cool completely before slicing.
For the Chocolate Drizzle
Place a small heat-proof bowl over a medium saucepan of simmering water. (Tip: Do not let water touch bottom of bowl.)
Add chocolate chips and creamer. Melt, stirring occasionally, until smooth.
Drizzle over cooled rice crispy treats.
For the Caramel Drizzle
In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and creamer until smooth.
