Ingredients
18-oz. can refrigerated crescent dough
1Tbspchopped fresh oregano
½tspgarlic powder
¼tspkosher salt
¾cupshredded Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheesedivided
1large egglightly beaten
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper; set pan aside.
Using a small bowl, combine oregano, garlic powder and salt.
Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 wedges. Sprinkle ~¾ of the oregano mixture evenly on top on the dough. Sprinkle ~½ cup of the cheese on top of dough.
Starting with the wide end, roll crescent rolls up and place on prepared sheet pan. Mix the egg with 1 Tbsp of warm water and brush tops of rolls with this egg wash. Sprinkle remaining oregano mixture and cheese on top of rolls.
