crumbled blue cheese

buffalo sauce

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Using a large bowl, add ground beef, blue cheese and ¼ cup of buffalo sauce; gently stir until mixture is just combined.
Divide mixture into 4-6 equal parts depending on desired size of burgers. Use a burger press (or your hands) to shape into patties.
Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until burgers are done to desired taste.
Place lettuce and sliced tomatoes on buns. Add burgers and top with additional crumbled blue cheese and buffalo sauce before serving.
