Packed with seasoned ground beef, bacon and two types of cheese, this Bacon Cheeseburger Monkey Bread makes for one heck of a delicious gameday appetizer!
Using a large bowl, add all ingredients; mix until well combined.
Place large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add beef mixture. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally to break mixture into ½” crumbles. Drain any excess liquid from the skillet.
For the Monkey Bread
Using a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and pat bacon dry with paper towels; crumble bacon and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Open biscuit cans and cut each biscuit into 4 quarters; place dough in large bowl.
Add cooked beef mixture, cooked bacon, cheese, green onions and olive oil; toss until well combined.
Spray a bundt or tube pan generously with nonstick baking spray. Transfer biscuit mixture into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Tent the top of the pan with foil (to prevent burning) and continue baking for 10-15 minutes.
Let cool in pan for at least 10 minutes before serving.
