Bake Gorton’s Simply Bake Shrimp Scampi according to package directions.
While Shrimp Scampi is baking, make the Garlic White Pizza Sauce (instructions below).
Increase oven temperature to 460°F.
Roll pizza dough into a 15-16” round circle. Place dough on a piece of parchment paper.
In a small dish, combine olive oil, Italian seasonings, salt and garlic powder. Brush this mixture around the outer 1” of the dough. (This will become the crust for the pizza.)
Using your fingertips, lightly ‘dimple’ the center of the pizza. (As the crust is getting baked for several minutes without toppings, this will keep the crust from puffing up too much.)
Bake at 460°F for 5 minutes.
Remove pizza from oven and spread the pizza sauce mixture evenly in center of the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top of pizza. Spread baked Shrimp Scampi evenly on top of cheese.
Return pizza to oven and continue baking for 8-10 minutes, or until pizza crust is golden brown.
{Optional} Sprinkle top of pizza with chopped parsley before serving.
