Instructions
Use a shamrock cookie cutter to cut out mini "shamrocks" in the tortillas.
Spritz with olive oil and sea salt.
Bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes (until crispy but not "browned").
Pair with you favorite dips or cover with nacho toppings!
