Ingredients
For the Raspberry Puree
1pintfresh raspberries
For the Raspberry Lemonade
3Tbspbourbon whiskey
1Tbspfresh lemon juice
1Tbspraspberry puree
1Tbspsimple syrupsee note
¼tspground cardamom
dash aromatic cocktail bitters
splash soda water
{for garnish} lemon slice
{for garnish} fresh raspberries
Instructions
For the Raspberry Puree
Using a food processor or mini chopper, add raspberries. Pulse until smooth.
Transfer puree into a fine mesh strainer. Using a spatula, gently press puree through the strainer into a clean container.
Store puree in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
For the Raspberry Lemonade
Using a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients except for soda water; shake until well combined.
Pour into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with soda water
Garnish with lemon slice and fresh raspberries
Notes
