rice cereal

unsalted butter

full-size marshmallows

mini-marshmallows
Instructions
Grease or spray a 9”x5” bread pan; set dish aside. (See note.)
Place rice cereal in a large bowl; set bowl aside.
Using a large saucepan, add butter, marshmallows, and spices. Place over low heat, stirring often, until mixture is completely melted and smooth.
Pour melted marshmallow mixture over cereal and stir until well-coated.
Stir in the mini-marshmallows.
Using a spatula or a piece of wax paper, press coated cereal evenly into prepared baking dish. Let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
This recipe can be made in a standard 9”x13” dish, but I like to make my treats extra tall!
