Ingredients
½cupapple cider vinegar
½Tbspsugar
½Tbspsalt
½medium red onionthinly sliced
1cupHickory Smoked Pulled Pork or store-bought pulled pork
2Tbspbarbecue sauce
18-20Kettle Brand Potato Chips
Instructions
Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt, and sliced onions in medium sauce pan. Stir to combine and heat over medium heat just until warm. Remove from heat and let sit in pan for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the pulled pork and barbecue sauce to a small fry pan and stir to combine. Heat over medium heat until warm.
Place 1-2 Tbsp of pulled pork on top of each Kettle Chip.
Drain the liquid from the onions, and garnish each chip with 1-2 slices of the pickled red onion.
