Instructions
For the Hamburger Filling
Using a large skillet, add beef, onions and garlic. Cook over medium-high, stirring occasionally, until beef is fully cooked. (Note: Drain any excess grease from skillet.)
Add diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper and (optional) cayenne pepper; stir until well combined. Continue cooking until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Remove pan from heat and set aside.
For the Sliders
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray a 9”x13” baking pan with nonstick spray.
Without separating rolls, split the package in half horizontally and place bottom half cut-side up in the prepared baking pan.
Spread ground beef mixture, diced pickles, cooked bacon and shredded cheeses evenly on top. Place top half of the rolls on top.
For the Glaze
Using a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
Brush this mixture over the tops of the dinner rolls; sprinkle sesame seeds on top of rolls.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, tenting with foil after 10 minutes to prevent the tops of the rolls from burning.
