For the RITZ Crackers
6ouncessemi-sweet chocolatefinely chopped
25RITZ crackers
For the Peanut Butter Topping
2oz.cream cheesesoftened
¼cuppowdered sugar
¼cupcreamy peanut butter
¾cupfrozen whipped toppingthawed
Instructions
For the RITZ Crackers
Place the semi-sweet chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl and set over a pan of simmering water. Heat, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate has fully melted.
Line sheetpan with wax or parchment paper; set aside.
Dip half of each RITZ cracker in the melted chocolate; place cracker on prepared sheet pan until chocolate has fully set. (Note: The leftover melted chocolate will be used to drizzle over the finished recipe.)
For the Peanut Butter Topping
Using a medium bowl, stir cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
Add peanut butter; stir until smooth.
Add whipped topping; stir until smooth.
Transfer mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe dollop of topping onto center of each chocolate-dipped RITZ cracker.
Using the leftover melted chocolate from above, drizzle chocolate on top of each cracker.
