Ingredients
For the Monkey Bread
216-oz. cans jumbo refrigerated biscuits
½cupgranulated sugar
2tspcinnamon
1cupbrown sugar
¾cupunsalted buttermelted
For the Glaze
2cupsconfectioner’s sugar
¼cupmilk
1tspvanilla extract
yellow purple and green sanding sugar
Instructions
For the Monkey Bread
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray a 12-cup Bundt pan or tube pan generously with nonstick cooking spray.
Open biscuit cans and cut each biscuit into 4 quarters; place dough in large bowl.
Add granulated sugar and cinnamon; toss until pieces of dough in cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.
Arrange dough in prepared pan. Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon + sugar on top.
Using a small bowl, add brown sugar and melted butter; stir until well combined. Pour mixture evenly over pieces of dough.
Bake for 40-45 minutes. (Note: Tent the top of the pan with foil after 30 minutes.)
Let cool in pan for at least 10 minutes before turning pan upside down onto a serving plate.
For the Glaze
Using a medium bowl, whisk confectioner’s sugar with milk and vanilla extract until smooth. Spoon glaze evenly over cake. While glaze is still wet, sprinkle yellow, purple and green sanding sugar on top. Let glaze dry for 5-10 minutes before serving.
