Ingredients
16oz.sour cream
2oz.cream cheesesoftened
8oz.Cabot Vermont Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheeseshredded
8oz.baconcooked and crumbled
¼cupchopped green onions
¼cupchopped chives
½Tbsphot sauce
1tspkosher salt
¾tspgarlic powder
½tspblack pepper
waffle friesfor dipping
Instructions
Meanwhile, using a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients except for French fries; stir until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Bake fries in the oven according to package directions (see note below).
Serve dip with freshly baked fries.
Notes
Bake the fries for longer than package instructions to make them extra-crispy. They’ll be better for dipping that way! Another option would be to use ridged potato chips.If desired, save some of the ingredients out to garnish the dip before serving.
