Provolone cheese
Instructions
Begin by buttering the tops of all 4 pieces of bread. Sprinkle Italian seasonings and coarse salt on top of buttered bread.
Flip over 2 pieces of bread and top with mozzarella cheese. Add salami, pizza sauce and Provolone cheese. Top with remaining slice of bread.
Toast sandwiches in a large skillet over medium-low heat for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway.
