½cupsoy sauce
¼cupbalsamic vinegar
¼cupapple cider vinegar
¼cuphoney
2tspminced garlic
¼cupchopped green onionsplus more for garnishing
2½ - 3poundschicken drumsticks
vegetable oilfor grill grates
sesame seedslightly toasted, for garnishing
Instructions
Using a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic and green onions.
Transfer ¼ cup of the marinade into a smaller bowl; cover and refrigerate.
Place chicken drumsticks into a large resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade, turning until drumsticks are well coated. Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, preheat grill to medium-high heat (~375°F).
Once preheated, brush grill grates liberally with oil to prevent chicken from sticking.
Place drumsticks on grill and discard marinade left in the resealable bag.
Grill drumsticks, brushing occasionally with the reserved marinade and turning every 3-4 minutes, until fully cooked (~25-30 minutes).
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
