½cupplain yogurt
2Tbsplemon juice
½cupfresh cilantrochopped
2Tbspolive oil
2tspgarlicminced
2tspsmoked paprika
1½tspground cumin
1tspturmeric
1tspcoriander
½tspground ginger
½tspcinnamon
½tspsalt
½tspblack pepper
½tspcayenne pepper
1½-2poundsbonelessskinless chicken breasts
cooked couscousfor serving
Instructions
Using a shallow glass dish, combine everything except for chicken and couscous (yogurt, lemon juice, cilantro, olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, salt, pepper and cayenne); mix until well combined.
Add chicken breasts to dish, turning until well coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or up to overnight.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Meanwhile, cook couscous according to package instructions.
Place chicken on grill (discard any excess marinade); grill chicken until done (~5-7 minutes per side).
