Ingredients
6oz.goat cheese
3Tbspfresh chivesdiced
½TbspItalian seasonings
1tspgarlicminced
½tspsalt
3-4Tbspmilk
14oz.piquante peppers (see note)
{garnishes} additional chives
Instructions
Using a small mixing bowl, add goat cheese, chives, Italian seasonings, garlic and salt; stir until well combined. Add 1-2 Tbsp of milk to thin filling.
Transfer mixture into a piping bag (or sandwich bag with one end snipped off). Fill each piquante pepper. Garnish with additional chopped chives before serving.
Notes
Piquante peppers are typically available in jars in the grocery store near the olives or in the deli section. However, if your store also has an olive bar in the deli, then that’s a great place to look for loose piquante peppers.
