Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Using an electric mixer, mix together the melted butter and ¾ cup of powdered sugar until well combined.
Add molasses, flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, vanilla, salt; mix on medium speed until well combined.
Add chopped pecans; mix on medium speed until well combined.
Shape the cookies into ¾”-1” balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes, and then roll cookies in the remaining 1 cup of powdered sugar.
