batch pizza dough
homemade or store-bought

pesto
homemade or store-bought

unsalted butter

Parmesan cheese
finely grated

Italian seasoning

kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
Place pizza dough on a well-floured countertop; roll dough into a large rectangle (~12”x16”).
Spread the pesto evenly across top of dough.
Using a pizza wheel, cut dough into (16) 1” strips. Twist each strip into a spiral and place on parchment-lined sheet pans.
Bake breadsticks at 350°F for 25-27 minutes, or until light golden in color.
While breadsticks are baking, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and kosher salt.
Remove breadsticks from oven and brush with the garlic butter mixture. Serve hot.
