6medium peacheschopped
3Roma tomatoeschopped
1green bell pepperdiced
1jalapenoseeded and finely diced
1medium red onionfinely diced
1avocadochopped
½cupchopped fresh cilantro

tortilla chipsfor serving
Instructions
Using a large bowl, add all of the ingredients (except for tortilla chips); toss until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. (Note: While this salsa can be served on the day you make it, it will taste better if you allow it to rest overnight in the refrigerator.)
Serve with tortilla chips.
