vegetable oil

sour cream

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray a 9”x5” loaf pan with nonstick baking spray; set pan aside.
Using a large bowl, add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir until well combined. Set bowl aside.
In a separate bowl, add vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract and sour cream; stir until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
Stir chocolate chips into the batter.
Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out mostly clean.
Let cool in pan for 30 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack until completely cool.
