Ingredients
4oz.prosciuttothinly sliced
2pieceslavash or flatbread
2Tbspolive oil
½tspblack pepper
¼tspcrushed red pepper flakes
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
2tspminced garlic
1cupbaby arugula
¼cupthinly sliced red onions
shaved Parmesan
balsamic glaze {optional}
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place sliced prosciutto in a dry skillet and cook over medium-high heat until crispy; set aside.
Brush tops of both pieces of lavash bread with olive oil. Sprinkle pepper and red pepper flakes evenly on top of lavash.
Bake for 5-6 minutes, or until lavash just begins to turn crispy.
Remove lavash from oven and flip over. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and garlic evenly on top. Return lavash to oven and continue baking for 5-6 more minutes, or until cheese melts.
Remove lavash from oven and top with crispy prosciutto, arugula, red onions and shaved Parmesan.
Cut into pieces and serve warm or at room temperature.
{Optional} Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
