32-oz. bag frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed

16-oz. bag frozen broccoli florets
1
16-oz. bag frozen carrots, peas and green beans

unsalted butter
melted

10.5-oz. can cream of mushroom soup

sour cream

cup
diced yellow onions

shredded Cabot Pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray a 9”x13” casserole dish with nonstick baking spray; set dish aside.
Using a very large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients; stir until well combined.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until mixture is fully cooked.
{Optional} Broil for 3-5 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
