Ingredients
½bunch broccolinicut into florets
1batch of pizza doughhomemade or store-bought
2Tbspolive oildivided
2tspItalian seasonings
1tspsalt
¼tspgarlic powder
2oz.goat cheesecrumbled
½cupmozzarella cheeseshredded
¼cupParmesan cheesegrated
½tspcrushed red pepper flakes
2tspgarlic minced
¼cupgreen onionsthinly sliced
½cupcherry tomatoeshalved
Instructions
Preheat oven to 460°F.
Blanch the broccolini florets by placing them in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes. Then immediately remove from pot and rinse with very cold water. Drain and set aside.
Roll pizza dough into a 15-16” round circle. Place dough on a piece of parchment paper.
In a small dish, combine 1 Tbsp of olive oil, Italian seasonings, salt and garlic powder. Brush this mixture around the outer 1” of the dough. (This will become the crust for the pizza.)
Brush the inner portion of the dough with the remaining 1 Tbsp of olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine the goat cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, garlic and green onions. Spread this mixture evenly on top of dough.
Spread the tomatoes and broccolini evenly on top of pizza.
Bake at 460°F for 12-13 minutes, or until pizza crust is deep golden brown in color.
