Ingredients
2Flatout Multi-Grain with Flax flatbreads
2Tbspfig preservesor fig jam
3ouncesbriesliced into ¼” pieces
6thin slices prosciutto~¼” pound
1tsprosemaryminced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spread the fig preserves evenly across the two flatbreads.
Next, layer the thinly sliced brie and the prosciutto onto the flatbreads.
Bake at 400°F for 4-5 minutes or until flatbreads just turn crispy. (Note: This step can also be done in a toaster oven. Just keep careful watch so the flatbreads don’t burn!)
Once toasted, sprinkle rosemary evenly over flatbreads.
