Filled with melted cheese and topped with everything bagel seasoning, this Cheesy Everything Bread is a great way to celebrate the return of baking season!
Using a small bowl, combine all of the seasonings for the topping; set bowl aside.
For the Bread
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray a 9”x5” loaf pan with nonstick baking spray; set pan aside.
Using a large bowl, add flour, shredded cheese, baking soda, baking powder and salt; stir until well combined.
Using a separate mixing bowl, add eggs, yogurt and melted butter; stir until well combined.
Pour wet ingredients into bowl with the dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
Transfer batter into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle everything bagel topping evenly on top of batter. Tent top of pan with foil to prevent topping from burning.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of bread comes out clean. (Note: Tent the top of the bread with foil after 20 minutes to prevent the topping from burning.)
Let bread cool in pan for 15 minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack. Let bread cool completely before slicing.
