14 Appetizers and Cocktails for New Year’s Eve

14 Appetizers and Cocktails for New Year's EveSure, it’s Christmas Eve, and we’re all scrambling around making last minute Christmas plans…but New Year’s Eve will be here before you know it!  Here’s a handful of fun ideas to serve at your New Year’s Eve party this year.  Cheers!

1. Hot Bacon Cheese Dip
Bacon. Cheese. Dip.  Enough said.

2. Texas Caviar Dip
This dip features black-eyed peas which are traditionally eaten on New Year’s Day for good luck. Serve this dip on New Year’s Eve for an extra dose of good luck!

3. Pizza Party Bread
It’s not a party until the cheesy, pizza bread makes an appearance.

4. Cranberry Pomegranate Champagne Sparkler
You can’t have a New Year’s Eve party without some sort of fun champagne cocktail! This colorful and festive one features cranberries and pomegranate seeds.

5. Champagne Sorbet
This frozen treat is another fun and unique way to include champagne in your New Year’s Eve plans!

6. Homemade Amaretto
Who knew amaretto was so easy to make? Serve this as a sipping drink earlier in the evening before the champagne comes out.

7. Spicy Sausage Balls
These quick bites have been a long-time favorite in the Spiced house. They’re a perfect finger food for New Year’s Eve parties!

8. Champagne Bread
What a creative use of champagne! I could see toasted pieces of this bread being served with all sorts of dips.

9. Mini Pound Cakes
Everything is better when it’s mini!

10. Eggnog Cupcake
Who says champagne gets to have all the fun on New Year’s Eve?

11. Champagne Waffles
Ok, so maybe this is better for New Year’s Morning…or you could just stay up all night.

12. Cajun Spiced Pecans
One bite of these spiced pecans, and you’ll be coming back for more…and more…and more.

13. Dark Chocolate Fondue
Dark chocolate and strawberries might be one of the best ways to ring in the New Year.

14. Champagne Jello Shots
These creative treats are a perfect way to celebrate!
