12 Favorite Recipes of 2013

12 Favorite Recipes of 2013: From January - December! Can you believe that 2013 is almost over?  It’s been a great year, but the time has come to look ahead to 2014.  But before we get ahead of ourselves, let’s take a moment to look back at some of the best recipes of 2013!  I thought back about my favorite recipes from each month of the year and collected them all here in this one, single post.  Several of the recipes come from Spiced, while others come from some of my favorite bloggers around the web.

Just click on the above graphic to visit each of the recipes, but here’s a quick list of my favorite seasonal recipes from 2013!

January: NFL playoffs and the Super Bowl wouldn’t be the same without this Perfect Rustic Homemade Pizza Dough.

February: These Red Velvet Oreo Truffle Bars are the perfect treat for Valentine’s Day!

March: Nothing says St. Patrick’s Day and lucky like these Homemade Lucky Charms.

April: This Carrot Cake with Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting is always a favorite dessert on my Easter table!

May: The (almost) official start of the summer just requires yummy ice cream, and this Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream is the perfect way to welcome the warmer days.

June: Backyard barbecues and picnic season is here, and this Southern Banana Pudding is a great sweet treat to bring along!

July: This Red, White, and Blue Cake is the perfect way to celebrate Independence Day.

August: This Southern Style Red Potato Salad is another picnic favorite in my house.

September: The Fall chill is just starting to creep in…which means apple season is here!  These Apple Pie Bundles are a fun way to use those freshly picked apples.

October: Boo!  Eek!  Gasp!  These Ghostly Halloween Rice Crispy Treats are a fun way to celebrate the season.

November: These Pumpkin Pie Cakes make for a really fun addition to the Thanksgiving table.

December: Chocolate-Covered Pretzels are a classic snack, and perfect to give as gifts or bring to the office holiday party.
